I stared above the seemingly clouded ceiling
As I woke up with a dream not known to you,
A dream that I wished could have gotten to you
Wishing to entice you; not befall me.

One by one these dreams are running the night
Lavished me a pillow to my eyes, warm blankets
Embracing tighter through cold whispers
And heaven-sent sighs as to move you to love me.

Oh! I love my dream for I was holding you,
I love your hands for I do not feel him inside you,
I love my dream for you were calling me no names,
And sharing your mind, and how I love the season too.

Could it be forgotten now as the distance between
The horizon and the falling dew of the morning?
The suns call delighted you and mourned with me
With this waking, my breath relent me loving.

The oceans vast field of loneliness is moving into me,
Morning spells evil for a love unbound to its shore
For when in summer the membrane pushes round
But nights trivial vow promises your eyes of mine.


Oh! I love to dream when it is filled with you
I love to drive you home when your bed calls
And keep you locked inside the distance of my arms
Til morning tolls to dream dead again.
